All players MUST wear soccer cleats and shin guards.

Wear a White or Gray shirt, bring a soccer ball, and plenty of water.and sunscreen as needed.

Players should show up early to check in and stretch out. Only players should be on the field areas during tryouts. Parents should remain outside of the fence or in the upper viewing areas of the bleachers so there are no distractions for any of the players. All players will be contacted after the last day of tryout for their age group within 24 hours so that they know the results of their tryout. Coaches of age groups will contact parents directly so that everyone is kept in the loop.

Personal
My wife and I live in Kingston and have been married for 35 years. We have a 33-year-old son and
a 28-year-old daughter. We are blessed with 5 grandsons as well.
I’ve been blessed to have been able to coach my favorite soccer player (my daughter) for many
years. She graduated college (May 2019) and played soccer since the age of 4 all the way up to and
including four years on the collegiate level.
Other Experience
I work at Oak Ridge National Laboratory- 36 years this July. Will be retiring in March 2025
TSSAA high school basketball referee- 22 years

Past Competitive Club Level (Girls) – 12 years:
U8-Collegiate trained and coached players of all ages and levels through Collegiate.
Competitive Level: Coached previously with SCOR and had teams ranked as high as #3 in state and #47 nationally as well as state cup champion.
formats: 3v3, 6v6, Futsal, WFL, Kick-it-Live, 7v7, 9v9, 11v11, indoor soccer
Other Coaching includes Grace Christian Academy Middle School and High School Programs with more than 15 years combined experience at those institutions advancing to the TSSAA statetournament Elite 8. I was voted class A-AA district 3 and region 2 coach of theyear in 2015 and 2016.
Head coach at Oak Ridge High School for the Girls Soccer Program(Class AAA) – 6 years. (2018 - 2023) Competing in the toughest region in TN, we advanced to the region semifinals 4 times. District Tournament Champions. 2018, 2022, 2023 DistrictTournament Finalists.
