Many major tournament and minor tournament champions and finalists including the Atlanta Cup (multiple times highest bracket - largest tournament in the country) and other tournaments such as Meade Cup and Vulcan Cup (multiple times highest bracket). Teams have finished ranked #1 nationally and many times has worked with teams ranked in the highest teams within the state and region. Players that he has coached extensively include All-Americans such as Nick Skoda, Gabe Alvarez, Jon Creel, Erin Mishu and Seth Williams among others. As the curriculum and program director first for Knoxville Football Club and then for FC Alliance, Lubell wrote club curriculum, training plans, and age group goals and objectives for those clubs as well. Bringing this wealth of experience and knowledge to give the players and teams of this club allows development of the proper expectations, goals, and focus.
“I got in to coaching when I was asked to help out with a friend's team and ended up doing additional work outs with some of the players. Thoroughly enjoyed helping them, and from there got more and more involved with teams of my own. Having coached players at all levels from intro to regional and national level All-Americans, I enjoy working with all ages and levels. Seeing players progress like that is really the "hook" that makes coaching so enjoyable! Helping players develop from one level to another is what makes coaching exciting!”
