Competitive Juniors Program

Players U-8 through U-12 (Boys Teams and Girls Teams)

 

      This is our standard package for the Competitive Program team play.  U8 players typically play 4v4 but may be moved up to play 7v7 with the U9's in this competitive program. U10's also play 7v7 while U11's and U12's move up to 9v9 on a 70-80 yard field. We compete in the CLAS League season, as well as a couple tournaments through each Fall and Spring season. We intend to practice (2) twice per week and typically play 2 games each weekend (Saturdays and, potentially, some Sunday afternoons). Weekend tournaments are 2 day events with 3-4 games. Juniors are invited to begin SPARTA Conditioning to start learning the basics of resistance training and athletic conditioning. 

Our training is Coerver - based, Coaches are USSF-Licensed, and our areas of focus broadly include Technical, Tactical, Physical Conditioning, and Emotional Fortitude.
