Played extensively as a youth player playing up entirety of youth soccer career. Progressed to University of Tennessee after High School where unfortunately there was no men's program.

“I got in to coaching when I was asked to help out with a friends team and ended up working out extra with some of the players. Thoroughly enjoyed helping them, and from there got more and more involved with teams of my own. Having coached players at all levels from intro to regional and national level all-americans, I enjoy working with all ages and levels. Seeing players progress like that is really the "hook" that makes coaching so enjoyable!”
