Having been involved at all levels of soccer, all age groups, and all genders, he brings his coaching knowledge to help the players of this club both compete and develop. As the curriculum and program director first for KFC and then for FC Alliance, Lubell wrote club curriculum, training plans, and age group goals and objectives. He brings this experience and knowledge to give the players and teams of this club the proper expectations, goals, and focus.
